A standard post and packaging charge of £4.50 is payable on all orders below the value of £50.00 on this website, any orders over this value will be posted free of charge. For larger/expensive items we use next day delivery using DPD or DHL 24hr service and for smaller items we use Royal Mail.  Delivery to Scottish highlands / islands and Ireland will be charged. For deliveries to EU countries, please contact our Customer Care team who will be able to advise you, where delivery is possible, about the cost and estimated delivery time. We do not deliver to P.O. boxes. Delivery within mainland UK is normally within 24 hours of receipt of your order, however, please allow five working days before querying a non-delivery. Delivery to Northern Ireland and UK offshore islands may take longer. In the event that an item is temporarily out of stock, we will notify you of the delay and dispatch it as soon as it arrives. Most orders will be delivered by courier between 9 am and 5 pm. If you are unlikely to be in to sign for the parcel, please specify an alternate delivery address where a signature can be made.

Returns & Replacements
The goods that we supply are checked prior to being dispatched but in the event that any product purchased from our website proves to be unsatisfactory in use due to defective workmanship or faulty material, you can return them to us for a replacement or a full refund.
